Spiral Spray Nozzle
A spiral nozzle is a commonly used industrial nozzle widely applied in fields such as cleaning, cooling, fire suppression, and dust control. Its primary feature is that the liquid is dispersed in a spiral pattern, creating an even spray coverage. This design allows for a high flow rate at low pressure and effectively reduces the risk of clogging. Spiral nozzles are typically made from materials like stainless steel, brass, or plastic to suit different working environments and media.
Spiral Nozzle Feature:
- Two spray patterns of the spiral nozzle: hollow cone and solid cone.
- Open-channel design, the nozzle has no internal parts, and the large and smooth flow path reduces clogging, making it anti-clogging.
- The spiral nozzle is available in 10 material options, including 316 stainless steel, 2205, brass, PTFE, PVDF, and PP. Custom materials and sizes are also available.
Spiral Nozzle Applications:
- Flue gas desulfurization
- Gas dust removal
- Exhaust gas scrubbing
- Tail gas treatment
- Gas cooling
- Fire prevention and firefighting
